By registering for and using the RISE Birthing on Country Toolkit, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.

2. Permitted Use

This platform is provided for use by health professionals, researchers, and administrators working to implement or support Birthing on Country services. Access is restricted to registered users approved for the pilot program.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including modules, resources, and framework materials, is the intellectual property of the Molly Wardaguga Institute and contributing authors. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without written permission, except where explicitly licensed under Creative Commons terms.

4. Cultural Content

This platform contains content developed with and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Users are expected to engage with this content respectfully and in accordance with the cultural protocols described within the toolkit.

5. Research Participation

Your use of this platform during the pilot phase contributes to research conducted by the Molly Wardaguga Institute. By registering, you consent to the collection of de-identified usage data for evaluation purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy and confirmed at registration.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Molly Wardaguga Institute and Charles Darwin University provide this platform on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or its content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
